I work in technique of water colour and oil painting, my favourite theme is flowers. Tender and bright, field and sophisticated flowers – observation of my works return the onlooker in the summer, bring the best memories from childhood with fairy blossom in grandmother’s garden. Airy, water colour and peaceful paintings create the feeling of joy and are in harmony with the world and onlooker’s mood.
The world of colours and the world of music have accompanied me since I was born. It couldn’t be in the other way, my parents are professional artists in love with music, wonderful nature of Podillya with colourful flower beds of grandmother Hanna and fantastic views of Dnister canyons. Athor grandmother Varvara is a real encyclopedia of Ukrainian songs, and the whole world seemed as colourful as inimitable Prykarpattya, as the grandmother’s pysankas and embroideries. My first children’s songs were echoed by blue mountains…
My way was determined. Now it’s me who looks after the grandmother’s flower beds, I try to share this joy with people, I love the purity of water colour and prefer it.
And singing is entwined with my flowers.
